About me

My name is Aryn Pardieck, LCPC (she/her), and I have been in practice for 17 years. I believe going to therapy is one of the most courageous things a person can do, and one of the most life changing experiences. It is one of my greatest joys to see my clients grow through therapy.

My approach is trauma-informed and client centered, and I incorporate mindfulness as as key feature. Social justice is also guiding principle. Ultimately, I work to help my clients increase psychological flexibility and pivot towards a life characterized by deeper meaning, connection, present moment awareness, and self-compassion.

My little therapy helper

When I am not doing therapy, I enjoy yoga, painting, walking, gardening, crossword puzzles, hiking, nature, cooking, and writing. Everyday is a new adventure!
